How to use:
Unscrew the lid and remove the silver foil. Remove the brush from your mascara and fill in an appropriate amount of Mascara Refill. There are at least 3 refills in one buy.
Remove as much of the remaining mascara as possible. Use your brush and clean the brush, afterwards.
Clean your makeup brush:
Fill a bowl or glass, with warm water 30 to 40 degrees hot and soak your mascara brush, 10-15 minutes. Squeeze a tablespoon of shampoo into the palm of your hand and massage it into the shampoo! This is done to remove as much of the mascara as possible. Rinse brush with warm water, and repeat the procedure, 2-3 times. Until there is almost no mascara left. Let the brush air dry or use an old, tea towel or a zero-free cloth.
It is not necessary that your empty mascara is completely cleaned. Because most mascara contains, more or less the same ingredients.
So after 2 refills, your mascara should contain about 99% of Casabell’s Mascara Refill.
Benefits of buying a mascara refill from Casabell:
When you buy a Mascara, you pay for the brush, the design and the product brand. The smallest expense is the mascara itself.
So beneficial is that you save money by reusing your empty mascara. The brush can last a long time if you avoid it drying out too many times and if you clean it once in a while.
The main advantage is that you recycle your empty mascara and thereby save the environment from plastic and furthermore, help reduce CO2.
How many mascaras are sold each year:
In 2019, L’Oréal was the most purchased mascara brand in the United States, with sales of approx. 77.4 million US dollars. Paradise, was ranked No. 2, with sales of about $ 73.3 million. This is roughly equivalent to a total of 15 million mascaras sold! But this is only 5 percent, of all mascara sold worldwide.
So there are about 300 million empty mascara containers, sold worldwide, annually …?
